The candidate must plan and coordinate all communication strategies and online promotion of the company’s products, services, projects or events to address web traffic to the company website and create awareness. In general, the candidate must manage the entire digital marketing activity of the company.

The candidate will be responsible for:

  • search and select the right communication channels based on the target audience (site, app, email marketing tools, social media, blogs or newsletters) also based on the monitoring of online research trends in the sector;
  • monitor the performance of the company website and digital marketing activities and create a report on these activities using KPIs (Key Performance Indicators);
  • create and promote digital content coherent with the corporate strategy through appropriate digital advertising campaigns to attract, purchase and retain new customers interested in products and / or services of the company;
  • convey these contents on the chosen communication channels from a cost-reach point of view;
  • measure analyze and report on the use of the website and social media by users to understand and improve their performance and interaction;
  • propose strategies and suggestions for websites and platforms design (in terms of layout, graphics, usability) based on the company image and according to conversion goals.
  • manage the company’s website, online platforms and social media.

The candidate must have the following skills:

  • Google Analytics, Adwords campaigns and the whole Google world
  • Content Marketing
  • Social Media Marketing (mainly Facebook Marketing)
  • Monitoring of Web Reputation and Web Visibility through Key Performance Indicators (KPI) that are fundamental to measure the performance of digital marketing actions;
  • Positioning on search engines, Search Engine Optimization (SEO);
  • Pay per Click, Pay per View and all display advertising activities;
  • Knowledge of the main CMS (Content Management System) for content management within the website and tools for creating and managing websites.
